The Postalm is located between Abtenau and Lake Wolfgangsee in Salzburger Land and is Austria's largest mountain pasture area. Surrounded by a fantastic landscape, the "Volkswagen Classics on the Postalm" meeting - the meeting for rear-engined VWs - will take place for the first time around the famous Blonde Hütte from September 7 to 9.
On Saturday, there will be a charity drive through the idyllic Salzkammergut region, followed by a vehicle presentation in the picturesque setting of the market square in the market town of Abtenau. There will also be the usual informal get-together on the mountain, a hut evening with traditional music, a screwdriver competition, lots of activities for children and, on Sunday morning, a jazz/dixie morning pint and home-made delicacies from Almwirt Peter at the well-known Blonden Hütte.
The costs for the toll and overnight stay - directly on the alpine meadow! - are already included in the participation fee. Sufficient infrastructure will be provided.
Registration on the website is required. The toll cards for using the Postalm-Panorama-Strasse will be sent by post in advance.
