The Lincoln Cosmopolitan Town Sedan was only built for one year, with 7,302 examples built in 1949. One of them was purchased by the Swiss Carl Bucherer, who won his category at the Lucerne beauty contest in 1949. 63 years later, the car stands before us, unrestored but still largely complete, in anticipation of another future.
