Photo Gallery «RM/Sotheby's Guikas Collection auction 2021 - everything sold, but less expensive than hoped for»
On November 19, 2021, an entire collection of racing cars, sports cars and special bodies went under the hammer in Le Castellet, France. The 76 cars had been estimated at just over EUR 50 million in total, with the sale of all vehicles achieving EUR 39 million (CHF 41 million). The deviations from the estimated values were considerable in some cases, with some rarities going to new owners for less than a third of the estimate because no minimum prices were required.
