Once again, RM/Sotheby's held an "Online Only" auction from October 6 to 13, 2021, in which the cars could only be purchased online. The vehicles came from several countries and were also auctioned in different currencies. 41 cars and one motorcycle went under the hammer virtually, half of them were sold. An average of USD 76,686 per car was expected, but USD 63,568 was paid. 74 percent of the average estimate was bid for the vehicles, which were on average 40 years old. As one of the few cars that sold for more than expected, a 1967 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 4.2 liter roadster found a new owner who was ultimately willing to pay USD 143,000 for the car (estimate: USD 90,000 to 110,000).
