There were around 10,000 car brands and designers - most of them have disappeared. One of these lost brands is Hanomag, Hannoversche Maschinenbau AG. Its best-known model is a small car with the nickname Kommissbrot. After the 2/10 PS, Hanomag designed other, somewhat more conventional models, which were also more or less successful. After the Second World War, they concentrated again on the production of commercial vehicles.
