Gooding & Company put 99 cars worth over USD 70 million under the hammer at the Concours d'Elégance Amelia Island on March 4, 2022. The flagship was a Talbot-Lago T150-C-SS, which fulfilled the hopes placed in it with a sales price of USD 13.4 million. While pre-war cars were otherwise less successful, the BMW M3 and Porsche models from the 1990s shone, but cars from the 1950s to 1970s were also able to outperform their estimates.
