On October 20, 2018, Dorotheum auctioned 98 vehicles, including a motorcycle, with a total value of almost EUR 4.3 million at the Classic Expo Salzburg . 93 vehicles were sold, which corresponds to a sales rate of 95 percent. A Pratt & Whitney aircraft engine also found a new owner. 41 percent of the lots were offered without a reserve price, but this did not lead to a sell-out. Nevertheless, the sales prices (including surcharge/commission) reached an average of 92 percent of the median estimate, with buyers paying an average of almost EUR 43,000 per vehicle. The pre-war Alfa Romeo 6C 2300 B Pescara from 1937 achieved 1.5 times the estimated value.
