The Brussels-based company D'Ieteren can look back on over two hundred eventful years and has grown into an international yet relatively unknown business empire, with the automobile playing an important role. D'Ieteren was active in coachbuilding at the turn of the century before last, and later the versatile company sold and assembled American vehicles and Volkswagen models. It goes without saying that the company's own collection includes many exciting contemporary witnesses on wheels and is well worth a visit. This museum report gives an impression of the D'Ieteren Gallery and shows many of the exhibits in pictures.
