On February 23, 2013, Bonhams auctioned almost 60 vehicles in Boca Raton (Florida, USA) on the occasion of the annual Concours d'Elegance of the same name. There was a wide range of cars on offer, with Rolls-Royce and Bentley vehicles making up the largest numbers. However, some "future classics" also came under the hammer, as well as one or two exotic cars, such as a Citroën 2 CV Sahara or a LaSalle. Around 80% of the lots were sold, with the vehicles totaling USD 37 million and an average price of just under USD 80,000 per car. The most expensive car at the auction was a 1930 Duesenberg Model J Torpedo Phaeton, once driven by Mrs. E. L. Cord. The selling price was USD 698,500.
