Preview (beginning of the article)
On May 24 and 25, 2025, Broad Arrow Auctions (BAA) took part in the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este as the official auction partner of the beauty competition for the first time. In future, the auctions, which previously only took place every two years, are to be held annually. BAA brought 71 vehicles (including two motorcycles and a boat) to Cernobbio. While the Saturday evening was dedicated to 16 BMW lots (including an Alpina and an Elva-BMW), super classics of various makes came under the hammer on Sunday. In total, the vehicles had been estimated in advance at EUR 49.8 million, 39% were offered without a reserve price.
