Bonhams auctions in Gstaad have been held for decades, but now the British auction house returned to the fashionable summer and winter resort on July 3, 2022. A wide range of 55 vehicles with a value of over CHF/EUR 10 million attracted many interested parties to the Bernese Oberland, with a sales rate of 91 percent and high bids for many of the lots proving that Bonhams was on the right track with its offer. Two more recent Porsches, two Ferraris and the third Monteverdi Coupé ever built were really expensive, as well as a few rarities that you don't find every day. This auction report describes the atmosphere on site, analyzes the results and shows the vehicles in pictures.
