Photo Gallery «Classic 24 Hour Daytona 2014 - the first historic 24-hour race in the USA»
Just like in Europe, there are many historic racing events in the USA. However, what was missing from the whole range was a classic 24-hour race, such as the "Le Mans Classic" held every two years in France at the Sarthe. The American organization HSR (Historic Sportscar Racing) recognized this and organized the first 24-hour race for historic racing cars. This took place on the weekend of November 16-18, 2014 on the legendary Daytona race track. Our race report shows all the action day and night and also tells the story from a driver's perspective!
