On Thursday, April 28, 2011, Karl Foitek celebrated his 80th birthday with his family and friends. It was a successful celebration with many prominent guests. There was a lot to laugh about, as Karl's life contains many funny events. As an Austrian in his twenties, he arrived in Switzerland in 1951 and was soon bitten by the racing and sports car bug. During his long career and racing career, he was involved with many prestigious car brands and achieved many impressive successes
