Anyone who enjoyed driving a British sports car, but also wanted to use the car in everyday life and occasionally transport something, was offered a new alternative at the end of 1965, the MG B GT. The technology and most of the components were shared with the open-top MG B, but the coupé was visually brilliant and is still one of the most popular classics today. This driving report describes the history of the MG B GT and shows the coupé in current and historical pictures, as well as in the sales literature.
