From 1956 to 1965, Fiat built the 600 Multipla, a versatile van with saloon qualities. Although the early microvan remained a niche product, its practicality and the space it offered on a very small footprint are still impressive today. And not surprisingly, the Multipla achieves high market quotations and auction prices today. This report describes the history of the practical multi-purpose vehicle and shows the Multipla in many current and historical pictures and in the brochure from back then.
