The fifties are regarded as the era in which the most beautiful special bodies were created. Some of them were shaped in Wichtrach near Bern and bore the elegant lettering Graber on their flanks. The Swiss coachbuilder Hermann Graber clad vehicles of many brands, but a significant proportion came from the Alvis brand, which celebrates its 100th birthday in 2019. This driving report describes the history of the Alvis TC 108G Graber Coupé and shows an example in many pictures, supplemented by sales literature, historical photographs and technical drawings.
