The classic film "A Clockwork Orange" by Stanley Kubrick is probably still remembered by many a movie fan. Those who have paid close attention may even remember the car driven by the "Gang of Droogs". It was called the "Durango 95" in the movie. Flat, with lots of glass and, of course, orange. However, only very few people know that this vehicle did not only exist in the movie and was even designed by two former Marcos designers. In the real world, it is not called Durango 95, but Probe 16, built by the Adams Brothers from England. Messrs Dennis and Peter Adams were very familiar with the development of futuristic sports cars. After all, they had previously been employed by the English sports car manufacturer Marcos and were able to use their skills to develop some great cars and also helped Marcos to achieve success in motor racing. After all, the Marcos XP (Mantis) also came from their hands, which would have had a good chance of shining at Le Mans.
