The Erwin Hymer Museum, which is primarily dedicated to "mobile travel" and displays a cheerful parade of more than 80 classic cars and historic leisure vehicles from all over the world in its permanent exhibition, will open its doors to visitors again from Saturday, May 9, 2020!
"Hurray, we're allowed to open! The lockdown as a protective measure to contain the spread of the coronavirus seemed like an eternity," says Susanne Hinzen, Director of the Erwin Hymer Museum. "Our spacious museum and exhibition architecture offers very good conditions for compliance with the general hygiene measures and, above all, the social distancing rules. If everyone pays attention to this, our visitors can enjoy their little freedom and embark on their own personal journey around the world in our exhibition without any worries."
Open all week long
The museum is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm, on Thursdays until 9 pm. A day ticket for adults costs €11.50, children up to the age of 18 are admitted free of charge.
More information about the museum can be found on the museum's website.
