Information about this model: It all started with the Innocenti Spider, which was based on the Austin-Healey Sprite. In the mid-1960s, the decision was made to also offer a coupé version. Little did they know that it would become the rarest and most desirable of all Austin-Healey-based Innocenti models. The Innocenti C was produced in very small numbers from 1965 to 1968. The engine and chassis of the coupe are all components from the BMC-based Austin-Healey Sprite. The 4-cylinder 1098cc engine produces 52 hp at 5500 rpm. While the technology was completely British, the bodywork was made by OSI and the electronics by Magneti Marelli.
