Coach Faget-Varnet
€
Unique prototype built by Faget-Varnet on a Delahaye 135MS running frame and engine. The car was intended to be shown at the 1953 Paris car Show, but Delahaye closed its doors just before.
The style of the coachwork is showing similarities with Farina designed Ford Comète, Bentley Cresta II and early Facel-Vega. Until 1981 the car was stored in the Charbonneaux Car Museum in Reims, Then the second owner bought it from Mr Varnet and had it road registered as a prototype. The third and last owner bought it in 2017 and had it meticulously restored by Dominique Tessier
