Description

Production of the Bentley with chassis number B21FC began on October 24, 1935 and the car was completed on January 6, 1936. It was delivered to Watson Morris in the same month. The Bentley remained in England for a long time until it was sold to a collector in Japan. In the early 1990s, the Sports Tourer found its way back to England. In the spring of 1996, a well-known Swiss automobile collector "fell in love" with the elegant car and brought the Bentley to Switzerland.

The black and white picture in the book mentioned at the beginning shows our Bentley with the license plate CLW 103 in a brisk drive in Crowdecote Hill near Buxten England. Rolls Royce was testing the new vehicles on this route at the time. It is easy to see that the Sports Tourer shone in white at the time. As we were able to learn from the specialist literature, the bodywork was repainted in classic green in the seventies, which in our opinion suits this fine British classic very well. The interplay of the green paintwork with the imposing chrome radiator grille and the large chrome headlights is unique and gives the Bentley a special charm. In the other technical literature by the gifted Rolls Royce and Bentley author Bernard L. King, his notes also coincide with the production record of B21FC.
