Its sophisticated mood reflects the exotic fashion of Ghia of Turin, Italy, the inter nationally famous custom body builder who hand crafted the C-200 from scale drawings and scale models created by Chrysler engineers and stylists. Standing a rakish five feet from pavement to top of windshield, the C-200 with its distinctive accoutrement and new elan of line and manner captures the jaunty air of the sports car, subtly interpreting the bold motif suggested in its fully exposed wire wheels. Built for performance as venturesome and dashing as its appearance, the C-200 is powered by the Chrysler FirePower V-8 Engine. Its sports car readability is enhanced by the Chrysler Corporation Power Steering that is already recognized as an extraordinary innova tion for fulltime control and driving ease . . . and is presently being enjoyed by so many De Soto and Chrysler owners. The sports car theme is reflected again in the distinc tive instrument panel featuring a large tachometer and speedometer flanking the steering wheel on either side— with small circular dials indicating fuel supply, oil pressure, engine temperature and amperes extending across the panel to the right. ........ .............. ........
