T he layout is that of an ultimate sports car, a twoseater, traditional midengine but with the gearbox ahead of the engine and the principal mass located between the axles. Mechanical features are full of innovation but use electronics only where absolutely necessary. The suspension is fourwheel independent with parallelogram control arms and coaxial spring and damper units, one in the front and two in the rear. The suspension geometry is uncompromisingly designed for a top performance car. Antidive in the front and antisquat in the rear, with axle frequency balance and special rackandpinion steering allow improved road holding. One only fuel tank in rear lateral location, the offaxled engine, the typical rear coolers enable a mechanical layout that is both functional and original. Driving control is improved when accelerating or braking in both small and large radius corners, at both high and low speed. Road holding remains extraordinary even at the very high speeds the HTH f^=R=^ is able to reach. 17" rims allow the disc brakes to have optimized sizes and do excellently integrate with the lowered section tyres that are classic for Lamborghini that, as the first Marque in the world, chose and adopted them.
