Tucker spread the work on the drive to a halfdozen widely scattered supplier firms, he asserted, so that nobody is going to get the complete picture of it. There seems to be a difference of opinion as to when details of the drive will be announced. Some say this may be in a week or two, but Tucker himself in dicated that no one but a few of his trusted lieutenants is going to get the dope until he is in production. Tucker men make no secret of their belief that companies are stealing their stuff, but they take it with good grace. For instance, M. W. Dulian, Tucker general sales manager who was. formerly with Buick, says that this makes the Tucker ideas accepted, and at the same time Tucker is still five to 10 years ahead of the in dustry.
