JKZ stands for Jakob Keller Zurich, who built Formula 3 racing cars in the 1950s. Jakob Keller was characterised by ideas, craftsmanship, boundless confidence in his own designs and driving skills. He had been a member of the ‘500 Club’ since the start of Formula 3 after the Second World War. The Formula Racing Club of Switzerland emerged from this in 1960.
