The Bond Equipe GT 2 Litre, built from 1967 to 1970, is certainly one of the more exotic cars on our roads. Thanks to the sporty large-scale production technology from the Triumph Vitesse, it was reliable, its body was made of plastic and was designed by Trevor Fiore. Today, the design may seem a little bulky, but when driving, the sports coupé shows its excellent Granturismo characteristics. This report portrays a late Mk-II coupé from 1970 and tells its story, illustrated with many photos and supplemented by a sound sample.
