For the first time, Silverstone Auction House auctioned (almost) exclusively pre-war cars on August 5, 2022; on average, they were over 91 years old. 34 vehicles, including two motorcycles, were on offer in the British-dominated sale, 13 of which were sold, including the most expensive car in the auction, a Bentley 8 Litre Tourer from 1931. This auction article analyzes the results and shows all the cars in pictures.
