Photo Gallery «RM auction in Monaco - racing gems and everyday classics at high prices»
The Monaco GP Historique was an attractive setting for RM's auction, which had already generated a lot of press in the run-up to the event. A whole series of super-rare classics were on the lot list, and the estimated prices for the 91 classics on offer amounted to around 36 to 45 million euros and 44 to 54 million euros respectively. 66 of the 91 cars were sold. On average, the hammer price reached 96% of the respective mean value of the upper and lower estimates. Almost €27 million or CHF 32.5 million (before surcharges and taxes) was realized on Saturday afternoon. This report summarizes the results and shows the detailed lot list with all vehicles, estimates and hammer prices.
