Photo Gallery «RM/Sotheby's New York "Icons" 2017 - Living in luxury - top prices and records»
RM/Sotheby's called the exclusive auction "New York - Icons", which was to make bidders for 32 cars around USD 55 million (EUR 46 million, CHF 53.8 million) poorer on December 6, 2017. It didn't quite turn out to be that much, but USD 45 million for 25 cars sold is impressive, so on average the new owners paid USD 1.8 million for their new car, including a Jaguar C-Type, a Ferrari 250 GT California Spider with Le Mans history, but also a BMW Z8 or an Aston Martin DB5 Convertible. This report analyzes the results, describes the mood on site and shows pictures of all the vehicles on offer.
