Although there are hardly any well-known car manufacturers in northern Germany, this does not mean that interest in the automobile is any less great. In Hamburg, the Prototyp Automuseum showcases very special aspects of local automotive history. The focus is primarily on rare sports and racing cars as well as their makers and drivers. Thanks to the use of multimedia aids, great things are on offer in a comparatively modest space.
