46 cars and one motorcycle went under the hammer at the second auction of the Oldtimer Gallery in Gstaad on December 29, 2018. Once again, Reinhard Schmidlin and his team had put together a wide and exclusive range of items. Each car/motorcycle was expected to fetch around CHF 202,000 (EUR 179,500), and the average bid was CHF 165,500 (EUR 147,300). The average bid was therefore just over 80% of the median estimate. Seventy-one percent of the vehicles were sold, although 43% were only sold under reserve. The highlights were an Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Cabriolet and a Maserati Bora, as well as a Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo 2, which achieved good results.
