Summary
Founded in 1932 by Carlo Biscaretti di Ruffia, the National Automobile Museum is now one of the world's best-known scientific and technical museums. It was extensively renovated in 2011 by architect Ciao Zucchi, who designed the exterior, and set designer Francois Confino, who was responsible for the exhibition architecture, giving it a modern and forward-looking look. A visit was worthwhile then as it is today. This is shown in this extensive photo reportage, which not only shows the museum today, but also impressions from the 1960s. This is a unique way to see how the museum has changed!

Carlo Biscaretti di Ruffia (August 24, 1879 - September 7, 1959) was an Italian industrial designer and graphic artist. He became famous as an automotive pioneer and designer of the historic Lancia logo.
