Photo Gallery «Geneva Motor Show 1984 - Turbo and tuning make the music»
The 54th International Motor Show in Geneva took place under less than optimistic auspices. The dying of the forest was on everyone's lips, new taxes made driving more expensive and new speed limits loomed. A few world firsts - Renault 25, Ferrari 288 GTO, Peugeot 205 GTI, etc. - did not hide the fact that refinements had been made to the various vehicle models, especially in the details. The focus was on aerodynamics, fuel savings and visual sportiness. This report looks back at the 1984 Geneva Motor Show and shows many of the new models in pictures.
