It was a manageable and fine selection that Bonhams auctioned on October 6, 2017 on the occasion of the Zoute Grand Prix in Knokke-Heist in Belgium. In addition to some interesting automobiles, 32 cars worth around EUR 6.5 million went under the hammer. 81% of them were sold, some at unexpectedly high prices. A BMW Z8, a Corvette C1 and a 1928 Rally ABC were the most surprising, but the highest hammer price was achieved by a Mercedes-Maybach.
