Photo Gallery «Bonhams Goodwood Revival Auction 2021 - Replicas more expensive than originals»
As part of the Goodwood Revival, Bonhams auctioned 82 cars for a total of GBP 10.2 million on September 18, 2021. On average, GBP 169,272 (EUR 198,048, CHF 216,668) was paid per car. 73 percent of the vehicles were sold. The most expensive car was a Jaguar D-Type advertised as a replica, which put original racing cars that raced at Le Mans, for example, in the shade. The average 65-year-old offering was dominated by British brands such as Bentley, Lagonda, Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin. This auction review analyzes the results and shows all the cars in pictures.
