On the Friday before the Festival of Speed, which was canceled for Saturday due to thunderstorms, Bonhams auctioned 79 cars in nasty weather conditions, 49 of which were sold for a total of £ 10.2 million. Some valuable classics fell short of the reserve prices, including the DB4 GT once driven by Peter Sellers. This auction review analyzes the results and shows all the cars in pictures.
