90 years ago, the first Bernina race was won by Hans Stuck. His son competed in the same car in the Bernina Gran Turismo hill climb on September 21/22 and clearly beat his father's time. The fact that the track is shorter today and has a much grippier surface naturally played no small part in this. Between La Rösa and the top of the Bernina Pass, there was some great motorsport on offer and the weather also played along perfectly at the fifth restart. This race report gives an impression of the hill climb and shows the cars in beautiful pictures.
