The Swiss Classic Awards were presented in eight categories at the Swiss Museum of Transport on Friday, November 29, 2024. Edy Schorno shone with the Innovation Award. Leonard Riesen, the youngest award winner, received the Rookie Award for his work in the exhibition space Das Depot in Murten. Christina Seeberger from Auto Engadina was awarded the Door Opener. The main prize for his life's work went to Hans A. Bichsel for founding the first umbrella organization for historic vehicles and for his work on the introduction of veteran status and the collector's number.
