On September 15, 2018, the Concours d'Excellence took place for the third time in Lucerne, a beauty contest for pre- and post-war automobiles. For the first time, there were two overall winners who received the Grand Prix d'Excellence Lucerne 2018 together, an Alfa Romeo 1900 CSS with unique Vignale bodywork from 1953 and an SS One as a saloon from 1935.
