In 1963, the Triumph Spitfire was an affordable sports car that offered a lot of sport for the money. The conclusion of the test in the specialist magazine "hobby": not a run-of-the-mill car, but a real sports instrument for drivers who are not afraid of harshness or the problems that the Spitfire imposes on the driver in its waywardness. This report reproduces the original wording of the test report at the time, supplemented by archive pictures from that time.
