Photo Gallery «Simca Rallye 2 - the mountain, slalom and everyday performer»
If you were looking for an inexpensive car in the mid-1970s that you could drive to work and had a chance of winning a class in a slalom or hill climb race at the weekend, the Simca 1000 Rallye 2 was the obvious choice. His concept was already around 15 years old. However, the performance had tripled during this time and the Simca engineers had also worked wonders with the chassis. You can still feel this today, which makes a ride in a Simca a great pleasure. This report tells the story of the Simca Rallye 2, describes driving impressions and portrays the car with current and historical pictures.
