From 1982, Porsche built the 911 SC Cabriolet, after it had previously only been possible to drive the Targa open-top. Despite a steep price premium compared to the Coupé, the Cabrio-Varante became very popular and remains so to this day. The original 1983 version is already considered a classic today. This driving report takes the reader on a ride in the open-top 911 SC and shows the car in historical and current pictures, including sound samples.
