Photo Gallery «Sterntaler - Mercedes 250 in (historical) test»
The Mercedes 250 is the only model from the new W123 model series that appeared in 1976 with a largely new engine. The body was completely redeveloped compared to its predecessor, but the amount of space remained the same. Proven details such as the rubber-covered bumpers and the exterior mirrors that could be adjusted from the inside were also retained. This test report examines whether the new 250 - like its predecessor eight years ago - had what it takes to be a lasting success.
