Photo Gallery «Opel's first car - the Motorwagen System Lutzmann from 1899»
In 1899, the Opel company launched its first passenger car, which it was able to build thanks to patents and inventions from the Lutzmann company. 65 examples were produced by 1901, and at least two survived in Germany. This report describes the first Opel passenger car and shows some pictures of it.
