It reaches a power o f 80 B. HP. at 6000 rpm. The vertical tw incarbure tte r, Solex 35 APAI G, is provided w ith an acceleration pump and an o il schockabsorber fitted to the automatic th ro ttle fo r high speeds, wich ensures a perfect carburation. It is rem arkably noiseless. The « G iu lie tta sprin t veloce » engine has the same essential characteristics o f the « G iu lie tta s p rin t» engine, but it is fed by two horizontal tw incarburetters, W eber 40 DCO 3. Power: 90 B. HP. brakes The « G iulietta sprint » and « G iulietta sprint veloce » are equipped with the same braking system which is derived from the experiences attained on the racing cars, and represents the best safety guarantee. The fron t wheel drums are provided with helical cooling fins. suspensions The fixing of the rear axle to the frame by means of an upper triangular thrust rod and lower radius rods gives to the « G iulietta sprint » and « sprint veloce » a surprisingly good roadholding.
