But there's more than meets the eye because they're designed and laid out for optimum convenience, visibility and safety. Everything in its place and a proper place for everything, so to speak, so that you don't have to grope, fumble or peer for switches, gauges and levers in strange locations. All controls and gauges are located with the driver in mind: large, easy to read round gauges and instruments are covered with conetype dazzlefree plastic. And deeply recessed in thick safety padding, also glarefree. Control knobs are functionally located, easily identifiable and heater/defroster controls are illuminated on heater equipped models.
