VOLANTE DB S With body styling by Touring of Milan, who will build the car in italy the DB S is based on the well tried DB 6 chassis, engine and suspen sion. It is, however, 400 lbs. lighter than the DB 6 and has an overall height of only 48 inches. It is the first two seater Aston since the DB 4 and with its very high top speed and vivid acceleration it will make an ideal competition car. The DB S is, of course, hand crafted to the same high standards of luxury as the DB 6 with a wide range of alternative and optional equipment. VOLANTE The Volante convertible now offers a degree of comfort, refinement and luxury found in no other convertible. Apart from the luxury of a power hood the Volante has full seating accommodation for four adults as it now shares the longer DB 6 chassis. LUXURY SPECIFICATION A new rear end, which incorporates a spoiler tail, makes the new car easily dis tinguishable externally. Such features as an adjustable ride control tinted glass in all windows, reclining seats and power aerial are standard equipment.
