On December 1, 2012, the Oldtimer Galerie Toffen held its pre-Christmas auction, which has already become a tradition. Bidders and onlookers arrived in droves, with 87 vehicles of all designs, countries of origin and eras on offer. A Mercedes-Benz 190 SL was knocked down for a record price of CHF 120,000, but there were also some bargains to be had.
