There were around 10,000 car brands and designers - most of them have disappeared. The Swiss brand Stella is one of these vanished brands. From 1906, the CIEM brand built cars and commercial vehicles under the Stella brand. Soon, however, the company was in the red, and so it limited itself to the electrical engineering division.
