Dorotheum brought a truly wide range of items under the hammer on June 15, 2019 in Vösendorf/Vienna. A total of over 100 lots were offered, including 59 cars. The rest included motorcycles, mopeds and even bicycles. The 59 cars were estimated at a total of EUR 3.6 million (CHF 4 million), but only around EUR 2.13 million of this was realized on 15 June 2019 because some of the more expensive cars, including a Ferrari 250 GTE and a Porsche 911 works test car ex Helmut Bott, were left standing. The sales rate of 81 percent (cars only) was nevertheless good, not least thanks to many lots without a reserve price, which were responsible for some bargains.
